Credit Checks Only

Our standard credit checks including full reports from the following credit agencies:
- TPN
- Transunion (ITC)
- Experian
- ID verification through Home Affairs
Cost - R300 per individual.

Full Background
(Full package)
Our full package includes the basic credit checks as well as the following and all compiled in an easy to read report:
- Previous landlord reference
- Employment & income confirmation
- Affordability of rental and utilities
- Social media screening
- Conclusion and recommendation
Cost - R650 per individual.

Lease Agreement
Once you are happy that you have found the right tenant for your property, then it is time for the lease agreement. Easy Lease offers a basic residential CPA compliant lease agreement, which is drafted and customized specifically to you, your tenants and your properties needs
Cost - R350 per lease.
Rental Management
Tired of having to send invoices and chase for your rental?
Try Easy Lease's rental management whereby we invoice the tenant monthly on your behalf, (The rental get paid directly to your account) and follow up with the tenant if they have not paid. We also manage their TPN rental profile, sms and call for rental and send letters of demand if required.
