How are we different?

 

Easy Lease has, though the years, dealt with many property management companies and estate agents, We have also listened to our customers and specifically about negative experiences they have had in the past with these companies. Through this, we have altered our management ethos to ensure our clients, both landlord and tenants, come first.

 

One of the many complaints we have heard from our cleints is that rentals are paid to the managing agent and the landlord sits and waits for this to be paid to them, which sometimes never happens. With this in mind, we insist the tenants pay DIRECTLY to the landlords nominated account, thereby alleviating any waiting time on the landlord, all we ask of the tenant is that he forwards proof of payment to us.

 

No rent, no fee. If, for whatever reason, the tenant does not pay rent, Easy Lease will continue to take all necessary legal steps against the tenant until such time as the rental is paid to the landlord and only then invoice for our monthly services. If the tenant does not pay at all, we will take all legal steps to vacate the tenant and up to a point where an attorney is required for formal eviction, all at no cost to the landlord (Attorney fees will be applicable however)

 

Every property under our management is dealt with and managed as if it was our own. We are well aware that your property is quite possibly the biggest asset you have and, as a landlord, you require the best return on your invetsment. In this respect, the collect of market value rental is paramount as well as keeping property expenses to a minimum yet maintaining a well valued and sought after property in the area.
